Snowshoe rentals that sleep 12

Twelve people is two families, a ski club, or the whole crew for a bachelor weekend, and it needs a real house, not a condo with an air mattress. Timbers 3 and Timbers 5 each sleep 12 across four bedrooms and three baths, with a big table, a fireplace, and a private hot tub on the deck. Both are single-family log cabins in the Timbers on South Mountain, a two-minute walk from the Soaring Eagle Express, and both take dogs, or other pets, for the same fee.

Twelve is the real number, counting kids. Every home page lists each bed by room so you can see exactly how the twelve sleep before you book. If you are ten, two of the condos work too: 305 Soaring Eagle is ski-in ski-out for 10 with single-level living and an elevator, and 202D Summit sleeps 10 a five-minute walk from the Village.

Parking is the thing to plan. Timbers 3 has two labeled spaces; Timbers 5 has a 1.5-car garage plus three more in the driveway. Overflow is at Top of the World for $20 a day. Twelve people in six cars is a bad idea anywhere on the mountain; three or four cars is the sweet spot.

Can we bring more than 12 if some are kids?

No. Twelve is the total, kids included, and the beds are listed by room on each home page so you can count. The homes are in quiet neighborhoods and the septic, parking, and hot tub are sized for the listed number.

Where does a group of 12 park at Snowshoe?

Two labeled spaces at each Timbers cabin, then overflow at the Top of the World lot for $20 a day. Come in three or four cars, not six.
