Accessibility statement

Our standard

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. It is an ongoing effort rather than a finished one, and we review new pages against it as they are built.

What we do

• Every page has a single clear heading structure and can be navigated by landmarks.
• All navigation, filters, calendars, galleries, and forms work with a keyboard, and focus is visible.
• Photos of the homes and the mountain carry descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Text and interface colors are chosen to meet AA contrast on the cream and forest backgrounds.
• Expandable sections such as the FAQ use native browser controls, so they work with assistive technology and still show their content if scripts do not load.
• Form fields are labeled, required fields are announced, and errors are read out.
• Pages work at 200% zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we link to, including booking platforms, the resort's own pages, and embedded maps or videos, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. The live availability calendar depends on scripts; if it does not load for you, text or email us and we will check dates for you.

Access at the homes

The homes are on a mountain and range from ground-floor condos to multi-level houses with stairs. Rather than guess, ask us before you book. Tell us what you need (steps, elevators, parking distance, bathroom layout, hot tub access) and we will give you a straight answer about which home fits and which does not.
