Wander Luxe Lodgings ("Wander Luxe," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand of Frangoules Enterprises LLC, operates a collection of luxury short-term vacation rental homes in Snowshoe, West Virginia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, wanderluxelodgings.com, to our direct booking site, frangoulesenterprises.com, and to the guest information we handle in connection with a stay.

By using our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you use the contact form, join our email list, submit a booking inquiry, or email or text us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the home and dates you are interested in, your group size, and anything else you choose to tell us about your trip.

Information collected through booking. If you book directly with us or through a listing platform such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com, we receive the guest details needed to fulfill the reservation: your name, contact information, arrival and departure dates, and party size. Property access details are shared with confirmed guests as part of check-in.

Payment information. We do not collect or store your card details on our own systems. Payments for bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or similar platforms are processed entirely by those platforms under their own policies. If you book directly with us, payment is handled by a secure third-party payment processor.

Website usage. Like most websites, ours may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, device and browser type, and how you arrived. When you submit a form we also record a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type to limit spam. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Communications. If you contact us by email, text, phone, the website form, or a listing platform's messaging system, we keep a record of that communication so we can help you and keep good service.

2. How we use your information

• Respond to inquiries and process booking requests
• Confirm reservations and send check-in details, house rules, and information about the home
• Provide support before, during, and after your stay
• Send post-stay follow-ups, including thank-you messages and requests for reviews
• Send occasional updates about the homes, new dates, and offers, if you have joined our list or stayed with us and have not opted out
• Improve the website, the homes, and the guest experience
• Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages, or by contacting us directly. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share information with

We work with a small number of trusted third parties to run the business, and share only what each needs to do its job:

• Listing and channel platforms (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com), which directly process any payments made through them.
• Channel management and guest messaging software, which coordinates messaging, check-in details, and scheduling across the homes.
• Our booking database and email delivery provider, which store website inquiries and email-list signups and deliver our emails to you.
• Payment processors, for direct bookings.
• Bookkeeping and accounting software, used only for our own financial records. Guest personal information is not shared through that connection.
• Analytics providers, which help us understand website traffic in aggregate.
• Service providers such as cleaning and maintenance contractors, who receive limited information (such as arrival dates and party size) strictly as needed to prepare a home for your stay.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety, property, or rights of Wander Luxe, our guests, or others.

4. Data retention

We keep guest and website visitor information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

5. Your rights and choices

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep), and opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, email austin@frangoules.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children's privacy

Our website and booking services are intended for adults. The person booking must be at least 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The date at the top always reflects the most recent version.
