Fantastic view! We were all blown away by the view from the balcony and kept going out to see it all times of day and night. Very clean, spacious place. Our family and friends were very comfortable while biking for three days. Definitely recommend.

Overall, we did enjoy the cabin. The location is very good. About a 5 to 7 minute walk to the ski slopes near the top of the Souring Eagle Lift. We found this to be very convenient. Also, it is easy for someone to drop you off by car at the top of the Souring Eagle Lift as well. The cabin was well stocked with items such as dishwashing…

Great stay! Austin was very generous and communicative. Great host and place was just what we needed for a family trip!

Second time at this property. We love staying at Soaring Eagle. The condo was perfect for our family ski weekend. We had one minor issue with cleaning but the host handled it professionally and super fast. Would recommend! Show less

The condo was conveniently located and beautifully renovated. Austin the host was very responsive and helpful. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is we had heating issues (which were solved) and while it’s true you Can walk to the slopes it’s up a huge hill. We ended up driving and parking at the top of the world. Show less

Good place to stay.

Pluses: Warm & cozy Minus: Some carpet stains, ran out of hot water (5 of us), slight odor, view is of a building, master shower needs a deep cleaning, hole on wall where TV was pulled off

Austin replied: Hi Brian, I am sorry to hear your stay was not satisfactory. I am a little shocked of your review because you told me everything was good and did not inform me of any of these issues (except for the tv) during your stay. I did apologize for the tv because I was not able to get it replaced until the following week and you said it was not a problem. The hot water heater is brand new and is the standard size for a 2 bedroom condo, which is the first time I have ever heard of any complaints, along with the other items mentioned.

Fresh snow Fresh snow made for great skiing! Fun watching the deer come up to the condos to be feed. Appreciated the "extras" provided, laundry pods, dishwasher and dish soaps, spices, etc..Property manager was excellent at providing info. Show less

Sheets and towels were not totally clean, pillow cases had make up stains, some dirt under sheets. Ran out of hot water with only 3 people showering in succession, so would hate to see what would happen if the 8 max people in the space were all trying to shower after a long muddy day of mountain biking

Condo as pictured - cute and comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked and bath in one bedroom had nice shower. A few minor issues, and washing machine didn't work - it started to work and then died with tub of water and wet clothes. But over all Sarah is an amazingly detailed communicator and this was also priced well.

Immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, living room decor was very attractive and cozy. Many thoughtful touches, including plentiful extra pillows and blankets. Sarah was super responsive at all times and extremely helpful with info! Snowshoe is absolutely lovely in every way! Had to ding it a star because of multiple maintenance…

Although we will be updating some things, I would like others to know that I did inform this guest ahead of time that the washer machine was not working and we're working on getting it fixed, but that there is an additional laundry area in the building. I always try to tell guests ahead of time if something is not in working order. And yes the off season in Snowshoe is more slow but quite a lot of people including us enjoy the peace and quite and no waiting at restaurants when we're there 🙂

Very cozy condo…..had all amenities needed…would definitely come back in the winter!

Beautiful condo with spectacular views! Greatly enjoyed our stay at Soaring Eagle! The condo was very spacious with nice decor. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was clean minus some dusting. We felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves! I think we only saw a handful of people the entire time since summer is considered off…

Celebration of Life Family Gathering The property is very roomy but I was charged an extra $50 dollars for the ninth person when the property sleeps 10 in actual beds (bedrooms) ?? If you plan to use the Gas Grill take your own Grill Cleaning Supplies (Grill Scraper etc) I spent an hour cleaning it before using it! Over all we enjoyed…

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the unusable private hot tub for the high price of the rental. While the home is pretty and roomy, the main reason we stayed this far away from the main village was for the private hut tub promised in the actual listing name: Cozy Cabin Retreat w/ Private Hot Tub. Being this is a main attraction…

Austin replied: Hey, Susan. Thank you for your review. To respond for others who may see this: - My hot tub is cleaned after each guests. However, I was notified on night 3 of 4 on the hot tubs condition. With proper notice on day 1 of the issue, I would have had the hot tub available by day 2. - Not only that, I was never sent photos of anything. - In response to this, I had my hot tub cleaner at the property first thing that next morning where he did drain and clean the hot tub. I did not hear from you until later afternoon on it being still cold. - Because I felt bad that you couldn’t enjoy my hot tub immediately, I offered the hot tubs available at my other property at Soaring Eagle where they have 3 amazing hot tubs. You insisted on not wanting to walk there so I offered where you could park in the heating parking garage at Soaring Eagle and you refused. - Soaring Eagle is in a 2 minute walking distance or a 20 second drive from my Timbers home. - You then were so mad, you demanded a hefty refund for the hot tub not being ready. - I explained how if you told me on day 1, then we would have had no problems. - Your lack of communication and unwillingness to travel 20 seconds to my other hot tub is what left to your 3-star. - Lastly, I want to note that the price you paid was during peak season on a weekend. - I communicated promptly and addressed all issues and concerns immediately. I am hoping those who read this review also read my 50+ five stars I have right now. Thank you.
