The condo was conveniently located and beautifully renovated. Austin the host was very responsive and helpful. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is we had heating issues (which were solved) and while it’s true you Can walk to the slopes it’s up a huge hill. We ended up driving and parking at the top of the world.

Immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, living room decor was very attractive and cozy. Many thoughtful touches, including plentiful extra pillows and blankets. Sarah was super responsive at all times and extremely helpful with info! Snowshoe is absolutely lovely in every way! Had to ding it a star because of multiple maintenance…

Austin replied: Thank you for the review. Although we will be updating some things, I would like others to know that I did inform this guest ahead of time that the washer machine was not working and we're working on getting it fixed, but that there is an additional laundry area in the building. I always try to tell guests ahead of time if something is not in working order. And yes the off season in Snowshoe is more slow but quite a lot of people including us enjoy the peace and quite and no waiting at restaurants when we're there 🙂

Beautiful condo with spectacular views! Greatly enjoyed our stay at Soaring Eagle! The condo was very spacious with nice decor. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was clean minus some dusting. We felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves! I think we only saw a handful of people the entire time since summer is considered off…

It is a well furnished house with a great view. We had a few issues (see below). Lots of beds if you have kids. To get to the Village you can either drive or take a staircase (about 60 steps). Areas of improvement/issue. - Black mold in the guest bathroom bathtub. - Door code is not changed between stays, previous/upcoming guests…

Austin replied: First and foremost, there is zero black mold at my home, nor was there any note of it while you were there. I have guests stay at my home every day and you're the first person to mention this. Second, the door code is given to all guest 2 days prior to checking in. There's no possible way of changing codes for people who need to manually input a code. There was an honest accident of the next guest who came early and apologized on that. You stayed for one discounted night. Asked to check-in early, asked to check-out late, and then wanted the night for free. To say the least, your comment is an anomaly on how everyone else views my home. I have this condo booked every day and you are the only one who has mentioned any of this for the years it's been here.

Beautiful unit with a great view (balcony is very high up!). Everything is well designed and well stocked. Location is a bit outside of the main village, but shuttles make it easy to get around. Secure indoor parking is a plus!

NOT Luxurious and FAR from it. I paid over $1,500 per night for 3 nights to stay at this semi-remodeled 30+ year old condo for a total of $4,580.63. This is a basement level condo with windows that access the walkway to other units with a minimal view outside. The small deck had a large table with 4 chairs that you could barely access…

Austin replied: John, I am sorry to hear that we were not able to please you. You never reached out to me during your stay, so I assumed everything was okay. I was never aware of anything not working as other guests would have told me before you. Nonetheless, you seem like the type of person who could never be pleased. Emailing me and asking for a 50% discount to give a 5-star review or else you will give a 1-star review is just wrong. 107D Summit is updated and far better than majority of Snowshoe. The photos truly resemble my home. You are just the type of person who can't enjoy anything and taking your external frustrations out on me and my condo. We have over 100+ 5-star reviews between Airbnb and other platforms on this condo alone. So I am sorry you could not enjoy my home as everyone else does. They do say in this world that no matter what you do, you can't please everybody.

The condo was conveniently located and Austin was very easy to communicate with. The two bedrooms other than the master were extremely small and did not easily hold two adults and luggage. The beds were not comfortable which is a big disappointment after an exhausting day on the mountain. Other than that the condo was decorated very nicely.

Austin replied: Thank you for your feedback! The beds were the only thing I didn’t change, SO! I just ordered brand new mattresses for the entire place. So I really do appreciate that as it only helps me help future guest. Thank you!

Beautiful, huge condo , great view and super convenient

The condo is beautiful and we had a wonderful vacation. There were a few issues but nothing that wasn't fixable.
