Sarah sent plenty of information for the area. Clear instructions on parking & checking in as well as a contact in case of emergency. The place had plenty of towels & everything we needed

Great Host and Updated Condo The host was super quick to respond and very informational/helpful. I have been to Snowshow since I was a kid and was so thrilled to bring my own kids back for a ski trip. We have stayed in many Silver Creek condos and this one was the most updated we have stayed in thus far.

Great access to the slopes The apartment was clean and as advertised and all the check in was smooth and simple. There is really easy access to the slopes just a 10 min walk up the hill. Super convenient!

Convenient and cozy! The summit condo was in a great location to go into the village for food and close to the slopes! We had a wonderful stay at Austin's Timbers house. Everything was great and Austin was very informative and responsive! We had an issue not being able to get the fireplace started and he had a handyman there in minutes.

Ski trip We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the check in/out process. Location was perfect for our family ski trip. The deer visiting the back porch daily was a big hit. Everything was as promised. Will return next season. The Langley Family

Great place within walking distance of snowshoe's village. We didn't have great weather on our first day there, but the condo allowed for us a cozy place to keep the kids entertained while we couldn't be on the slopes. We had a little mishap during our stay and Sarah responded almost immediately to get the issue resolved.

A wonderful ski weekend getaway! This was the perfect winter escape for a families looking to ski. Excellent location with easy access to Snowshoe village and the various mountains for tubing and skiing. The house was wonderful - exceptionally clean and family friendly. We will certainly be back!

Last minute trip to snowshoe turned out fantastic! Wonderful airbnb that was ski in/ski out at Silver Creek and we were blessed with a fresh 8 inches of snow. Couldn’t have asked for a better quick trip to the mountain. We would stay here again. Everything was as described in the listing.

Pluses: Warm & cozy Minus: Some carpet stains, ran out of hot water (5 of us), slight odor, view is of a building, master shower needs a deep cleaning, hole on wall where TV was pulled off

Austin replied: Hi Brian, I am sorry to hear your stay was not satisfactory. I am a little shocked of your review because you told me everything was good and did not inform me of any of these issues (except for the tv) during your stay. I did apologize for the tv because I was not able to get it replaced until the following week and you said it was not a problem. The hot water heater is brand new and is the standard size for a 2 bedroom condo, which is the first time I have ever heard of any complaints, along with the other items mentioned.

This condo was perfect for our family snowboard trip. Close to the slopes, clean and updated, plenty of space/beds for our family. Highly recommend for a trip to Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

Very solid place for the location! Easy ski in and out and very clean. Parking garage was a savior for the weather going in and out with kiddos.
