Location was great. The toilet ran water all night long. The bifold door in the master fell over because it was not attached properly.I could see paint cans and the water heater while using the shower and toilet. Great ! Stayed here last year and came back this year

Honestly the place is great and in a good area, but the click bait title is wrong for sure. Claiming its fully renovated seems a bit off in our opinion. Couch is reenforced with plywood, walls are pretty beat up, screen door out front was falling off and when we arrived the dishwasher was fully loaded (maybe cleaning crew forgot it?)

I can assure you the entire home has been renovated as we have newer cabinets, granite, flooring, table, lights, shower, etc. The list goes on and on as we take pride in our home. I am not sure what you mean with the walls “beat up?” It’s most likely just normal wear and tear as we repaint the home every two years from all of the 200+ guest we host each year. The one couch you are referring to, not really a couch but a big chair, is slightly on the older side as we did inherit that one, but is still comfortable and we haven’t heard any complaints on it till now. So because of that, we will replace that one chair in the off season due to our home being rented every day in season by many other loving guest.

Plenty of blankets, towels etc. comfy beds cozy fire place, and good location; close to village and centrally located to both bike park lifts. Good communication and quick should you have a question or need anything.

NOT Luxurious and FAR from it. I paid over $1,500 per night for 3 nights to stay at this semi-remodeled 30+ year old condo for a total of $4,580.63. Austin replied: John, I am sorry to hear that we were not able to please you. You never reached out to me during your stay, so I assumed everything was okay. I was never aware of anything not working as other guests would have told me before you. Nonetheless, you seem like the type of person who could never be pleased. Emailing me and asking for a 50% discount to give a 5-star review or else you will give a 1-star review is just wrong. 107D Summit is updated and far better than majority of Snowshoe. The photos truly resemble my home. You are just the type of person who can't enjoy anything and taking your external frustrations out on me and my condo. We have over 100+ 5-star reviews between Airbnb and other platforms on this condo alone. So I am sorry you could not enjoy my home as everyone else does. They do say in this world that no matter what you do, you can't please everybody.

Finds a way to charge you for clean up fee no matter what it is, scams you oh of your money

Austin replied: Taylor, you ruined quite a bit of my property. Those additional charges sent are for me to just replace what you damaged. Honestly, if you just had clear communication with me on what happened, I would’ve said OK accidents happen no problem. However, I find out from my cleaning staff that I have to replace bedsheets, A nice pillow, a footstool, and pray that she got the stains out of the carpet. I’m not sure what actually happened, but the lack of communication and respect for my property is not acceptable for anyone. I accommodated you last minute and kept clear communication the whole time as I do with everyone. I wish you would have just treated my property with respect.

The condo is beautiful and we had a wonderful vacation. There were a few issues but nothing that wasn't fixable.
