Meet the Owners
We’re Austin and Sarah Frangoules, high school sweethearts who have been inseparable since the summer before our senior year. What started as young love quickly grew into a lifelong partnership built on faith, family, and adventure.
Together, we’ve always shared a passion for creating beautiful spaces and unforgettable experiences. Austin’s background in real estate and Sarah’s eye for design were the perfect combination to bring WanderLuxe Lodgings to life. Every property we host is a reflection of the things we value most: quality, comfort, and the little details that make a house feel like home.
When we’re not running businesses or designing rentals, you’ll find us spending time with family, snowboarding new slopes, traveling, and making memories with our dogs. Most recently, we’ve stepped into the biggest adventure of all as we welcome our son, Lincoln James. He’s already our greatest joy and the inspiration behind building something that lasts for generations.
At the end of the day, WanderLuxe is more than just a collection of vacation homes. It’s our way of sharing hospitality, family, and love with every guest who walks through the door.

Our Story
Our story together began when we were just 17, the summer before our senior year of high school. From that moment on, we’ve been each other’s biggest supporters through college days, first jobs, marriage, business ventures, and now parenthood.
Early on, we dreamed about one day being on HGTV, inspired by shows like Flip or Flop. We started flipping houses and fell in love with the process of transforming spaces. Austin’s drive in real estate and Sarah’s natural gift for design made us realize we could turn this dream into something real. That’s how WanderLuxe Lodgings was born, a brand dedicated to creating homes that feel both stylish and welcoming, with personal touches that turn every stay into a memory.
What matters most to us is the experience. We don’t just design properties; we create spaces where families can laugh, relax, and connect. Whether it’s high-end finishes, cozy details, or thoughtful extras, our goal is to make every guest feel like they’ve found their home away from home.
Outside of our business, life is full of the things we love most: snowboarding new mountains, traveling together, hosting friends and family, and caring for our two dogs. And now, with the arrival of our son Lincoln, our mission has deepened to build something meaningful that he can be proud of one day.
