Weekends at Snowshoe belong to everyone. Monday to Thursday, the mountain goes quiet: shorter lift lines in winter, empty trails in summer, and a table by the window for the laptop. Here is what each of our homes has for working, straight from our own listings, and what is open after you log off.

About the internet
Every home lists WiFi. We do not publish speeds, because we have not measured every home the same way and a number we cannot stand behind is worse than none. If a video call decides the trip, before you book and we will tell you what we know about that home.
The desk nook
103C Summit has a little desk nook built into the primary bedroom, with wallpaper Austin and Sarah picked out themselves. It is the one home where the laptop gets its own corner; everywhere else it is the dining table and the view.
Off the mountain, toward Green Bank and Cass, cell service drops away inside the National Radio Quiet Zone. Download what you need before a day trip.
After you log off
Midweek on the mountain
- Winter: ski a few afternoon runs, or the lights at Silver Creek, where night skiing runs 4:30 to 9 pm when it is open. Lessons are easiest to book midweek outside school holidays.
- Summer: a lap on the Bike Park, a paddle on Shavers Lake, or the lake loop before dinner.
- Any season: Split Rock Pools, a hot tub, and dinner in the Village. Check restaurant hours before you go; they change with the season.
- In the closures (early April to about May 21, mid-October to Thanksgiving week), most of the Village is closed. It is the quietest week to work, with the fewest distractions. Stock up on groceries on the drive in.

Which homes have a desk or dedicated workspace?
103C Summit and 1208 Silver Creek list a dedicated workspace. 103C has a desk nook in the primary bedroom. Every home has a dining table, and several have an ethernet connection.
Is Snowshoe quiet during the week?
Much quieter than the weekends. Outside the holiday weeks, Monday to Thursday has shorter lift lines and emptier trails, and our homes are easier to find open.
