Immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, living room decor was very attractive and cozy. Many thoughtful touches, including plentiful extra pillows and blankets. Austin replied: Thank you for the review. Although we will be updating some things, I would like others to know that I did inform this guest ahead of time that the washer machine was not working and we're working on getting it fixed, but that there is an additional laundry area in the building. I always try to tell guests ahead of time if something is not in working order. And yes the off season in Snowshoe is more slow but quite a lot of people including us enjoy the peace and quite and no waiting at restaurants when we're there 🙂

My wife and I were looking for an extended weekend to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. This condo was exactly what we were looking for and provided us a wonderful view and great relaxing weekend to celebrate. . I highly recommend this condo and Austin was a great host.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in snowshoe! The house was everything and more. It was very beautiful and clean. The host was super responsive with anything we needed. My kids especially enjoyed the hot tub :)

We loved our stay, accommodations were clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Had the basic necessities. 6 minutes from the village, quick access to condo from parking lot. Enjoyed the summer activities and events at Snowshoe for that weekend.

We had an awesome time here! We came to Snowshoe to mountain bike the DH basin trails and also the backcountry trails (Cheat Mountain) too. Sarah’s place was exactly as described, check in was easy, condo was clean and cozy. It had all the amenities we needed. The drive to was beautiful. The area is very quiet and slow at this time of year which Sarah disclosed ahead of time. We enjoy the quiet and still found plenty of good restaurants and things to do close by.

305 Soaring Eagle exceeded our expectations in every way! The views are amazing and the condo was huge and very comfortable! We came in the in between time so many of the restaurants were closed Tues, Wednesday and Thursday. It was so peaceful though and you could enjoy the quiet! It was a great stay! very comfortable and clean. just like the pictures and the description. I especially loved the heated parking after we got hit with a late winter storm on the way in. Just make sure that you call surrounding areas for food and entertainment during the off season. Google is not always correct.
