Austin replied: Chelsea, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I'm sorry to hear the weather made an impact on the indoor pool use due to lightening. However, I'm not sure where the miscommunication was for the outdoor pools because the first message that is sent upon booking says the following: "The outdoor pool and hot tub typically close September-mid December but the indoor pool and hot tub will remain open all year long unless there's any maintenance." Just wanted to clarify that for anyone who reads this review. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place at snowshoe. It was close to the village restaurants and a nice home base for our activities.

Wonderful stay at Snowshoe! Austin’s place is exactly as described. Standalone house makes it super quiet. Parking right at the front door makes load in super easy. Is a true “5 Star” at Snowshoe. We would definitely stay here again. We have stayed at dozens of Snowshoe condos over the last 20 years and this is one of our favorites!!…

The condo was exactly as pictured! The location is great, not directly in the village but an easy walk up the stairs and across the road right into the heart of the village. Perfect for our mtb race trip. Thanks for sharing your place Sarah!

Sarah was awesome to work with on this trip. She had clear instructions and communicated quickly. The description of the unit was accurate and it had what we needed to have a great family weekend. Sarah was great. She gave lots of information about the area and made sure we had everything we needed for easy check in and check out.

This place was beautiful, comfortble, and nicely decorated. It was perfect for the wedding we were attending at Corduroy Inn. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing host!

This place is like home, love it

Great place to stay with a group of 5 for summer bike riding. Well laid out and plenty of extras in the condo to make the stay as easy as possible. Host was very helpful and responsive. We can during the summer so some amenities were not available yet, but those were outside the hosts control. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Good place

Beautiful surroundings and extremely quiet. The home was just as described. If staying in the off season please do not write a negative review. The host is very clear about limited attractions during the off season. Wonderful hiking and photo opportunities.
