Our party of 4 adults and 3 kids had a great stay! Slightly tight quarters in the 2nd bedroom but the home has a lot of nice updates and is well appointed. We would stay again!

Sarah's place is conveniently located to the village. The living room furniture is spacious and comfortable. The beds feel so wonderful after a day out on the slopes!

We had a great first ski trip to Snowshoe, and the Summit condo was perfect. We loved the decor, enjoyed hot chocolate by the fire after a day of skiing, and had space for our party of six without ever feeling cramped. Austin was super helpful and responsive, and we’ll definitely stay at one of his properties again.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the unusable private hot tub for the high price of the rental. While the home is pretty and roomy, the main reason we stayed this far away from the main village was for the private hut tub promised in the actual listing name: Cozy Cabin Retreat w/ Private Hot Tub. Austin replied: Hey, Susan. Thank you for your review. To respond for others who may see this: - My hot tub is cleaned after each guests. However, I was notified on night 3 of 4 on the hot tubs condition. With proper notice on day 1 of the issue, I would have had the hot tub available by day 2. - Not only that, I was never sent photos of anything. - In response to this, I had my hot tub cleaner at the property first thing that next morning where he did drain and clean the hot tub. I did not hear from you until later afternoon on it being still cold. - Because I felt bad that you couldn’t enjoy my hot tub immediately, I offered the hot tubs available at my other property at Soaring Eagle where they have 3 amazing hot tubs. You insisted on not wanting to walk there so I offered where you could park in the heating parking garage at Soaring Eagle and you refused. - Soaring Eagle is in a 2 minute walking distance or a 20 second drive from my Timbers home. - You then were so mad, you demanded a hefty refund for the hot tub not being ready. - I explained how if you told me on day 1, then we would have had no problems. - Your lack of communication and unwillingness to travel 20 seconds to my other hot tub is what left to your 3-star. - Lastly, I want to note that the price you paid was during peak season on a weekend. - I communicated promptly and addressed all issues and concerns immediately. I am hoping those who read this review also read my 50+ five stars I have right now. Thank you.

Really lovely condo at Silver Creek, and a fantastic place to ski as it was much more quiet on the slopes (which were nice & wide for us beginners!) and hardly any lift lines. The condo was cute, clean, and spacious, & enjoyed the fire as it was a very chilly weekend!

We had a great ski weekend at this air bnb! Beautiful TV/hangout space after the day of skiing, and walking-distance to the mountain village. Would definitely recommend!

We came for a quick trip during the week with our kids and it was perfect! Plenty of space & bedding for 6+ that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The unit was super clean & looked just as described. Austin was great to communicate check-in & out info along with super responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend!

Sarah was very communicative and easy to work with. Her place was clean with a modern design that makes sense for the space and the guests needs. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again in the future.

It is a well furnished house with a great view. We had a few issues (see below). Lots of beds if you have kids. To get to the Village you can either drive or take a staircase (about 60 steps). Areas of improvement/issue. - Black mold in the guest bathroom bathtub. - Door code is not changed between stays, previous/upcoming guests…

Austin replied: First and foremost, there is zero black mold at my home, nor was there any note of it while you were there. I have guests stay at my home every day and you're the first person to mention this. Second, the door code is given to all guest 2 days prior to checking in. There's no possible way of changing codes for people who need to manually input a code. There was an honest accident of the next guest who came early and apologized on that. You stayed for one discounted night. Asked to check-in early, asked to check-out late, and then wanted the night for free. To say the least, your comment is an anomaly on how everyone else views my home. I have this condo booked every day and you are the only one who has mentioned any of this for the years it's been here.

Great Snowshoe rental! The master bedroom is a good size but the other two are extremely small but I would say for the small amount of space it works! You can walk to slopes and restaurants! Sarah was very responsive and the condo was exactly as pictured!

The Mountain View condo was perfect for 2 families of 4! Kids bunk room + 2 queen rooms worked so well. Plenty of storage for all the ski gear at front door. Great house. We stayed here once last year too and will definitely be back again in the future. It has 2 dedicated parking spots at Top of the World which is great since that is now paid parking otherwise. Plenty of room, comfortable, and clean. It has a nice hot tub which feels very private and secluded. Lovely home.

The living space was very comfortable. Double bunkbed room got hot with 4 people in it. Yes, they used the little fan and turned the heat down.

Wonderful cabin in a great location. The cabin was very clean and spacious. Austin was a great host, very quick to respond. Communication from Austin was thorough and detailed. We have a great time!
