However, I'm not sure where the miscommunication was for the outdoor pools because the first message that is sent upon booking says the following: "The outdoor pool and hot tub typically close September-mid December but the indoor pool and hot tub will remain open all year long unless there's any maintenance." Great place within walking distance of snowshoe's village. We didn't have great weather on our first day there, but the condo allowed for us a cozy place to keep the kids entertained while we couldn't be on the slopes. We had a little mishap during our stay and Sarah responded almost immediately to get the issue resolved.

Last minute trip to snowshoe turned out fantastic! Wonderful airbnb that was ski in/ski out at Silver Creek and we were blessed with a fresh 8 inches of snow. Couldn’t have asked for a better quick trip to the mountain. We would stay here again. Everything was as described in the listing.

Austin replied: Hi Brian, I am sorry to hear your stay was not satisfactory. I am a little shocked of your review because you told me everything was good and did not inform me of any of these issues (except for the tv) during your stay. I did apologize for the tv because I was not able to get it replaced until the following week and you said it was not a problem. The hot water heater is brand new and is the standard size for a 2 bedroom condo, which is the first time I have ever heard of any complaints, along with the other items mentioned.

This condo was perfect for our family snowboard trip. Close to the slopes, clean and updated, plenty of space/beds for our family. Highly recommend for a trip to Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

Silver Creek is lovely and Sarah’s condo was absolutely charming! The skiing was excellent. The condo was exactly as described and couldn’t have been nicer. It was very well-stocked and Sarah was extremely communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and just wish it could have been longer! Will definitely return to Silver Creek!
