Only needed for a 2 night stay. My son and his family, joined us. They came from VA. There was a total of 8 of us. The condo met our needs. I do, however, wish there was a handrail in the primary bath. We spent Saturday at Greenbank and Cass. I would recommend.

We had an amazing time beautiful cabin, so clean they were definitely the best host. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway trip❤️❤️

Very nice condo. I liked that the master bedroom was at one end and the other two bedrooms were at the other end opposite side of the condo. Underground parking was a nice feature. The host (Austin) was very responsive and never failed to answer all of my questions. :)

We enjoyed our stay...both the peaceful nature of Snowshoe Resort and the convenient and well-maintained space in 103C. Sarah was positive, timely in her replies and helpful with her information. 

We stayed in 202D Summit in August 2026 taking my son and his friend mountain biking. It was very spacious compared to other places we've stayed. I slept so well in the master bedroom, the bed was so comfortable. Austin was very responsive each time I reached out and the view was amazing. 

The location at Top of the world is quieter than the main village but only a mile away, and there is a snowshoe shuttle stop literally next to this property. Sarah's place at Snowshoe Mountain was perfect. The location was directly over the hill from the Village (there are a lot of steps, but it's still very conveniently located), and it was spacious for our party of 8. The kitchen was well stocked, and the dining room table was perfect for playing games at night. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome vacation. The house was as described and Austin was always willing to help and communication was perfect and clear. Great house only a short walk to slopes. Far away to be peaceful yet close enough to everything. Family had a blast.

The stay was as expected. We go to Snowshoe every year. Austin was responsive and quickly found us a second fan due to no air conditioning and 95 degree temperatures. The Summit is located just below the village at snowshoe so walking into the village was quick and convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at Summit 202D! The condo was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and in a great location with amazing views from the deck.
