Fantastic view! We were all blown away by the view from the balcony and kept going out to see it all times of day and night. Very clean, spacious place. Our family and friends were very comfortable while biking for three days. Definitely recommend.

However, I'm not sure where the miscommunication was for the outdoor pools because the first message that is sent upon booking says the following: "The outdoor pool and hot tub typically close September-mid December but the indoor pool and hot tub will remain open all year long unless there's any maintenance." Although we will be updating some things, I would like others to know that I did inform this guest ahead of time that the washer machine was not working and we're working on getting it fixed, but that there is an additional laundry area in the building. I always try to tell guests ahead of time if something is not in working order. And yes the off season in Snowshoe is more slow but quite a lot of people including us enjoy the peace and quite and no waiting at restaurants when we're there 🙂

Very cozy condo…..had all amenities needed…would definitely come back in the winter!

We are so glad we picked this perfect condo at Silver Creek! The remodel and updates are perfect and included everything we needed! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds provided a fantastic night's sleep! The pool & hot tub area were very clean and great after a day of hiking and biking! Communication with our host Sarah was great!

This was a beautiful space for our family to rest and relax in. The modern decor, comfortable beds, and fully stocked kitchen made our stay so enjoyable. We cannot wait to come again and we give our friendly hostess five stars for being great to communicate with from start to finish.
