We loved our stay at 305 Soaring Eagle. The condo was very clean and had top of the line features.

Very close to the village. Modern design with comfy beds. Grill worked well for our meals. Would stay here again.

Beautiful cabin, well maintained with all the amenities. It is in a nice location not far from town with easy access to walking path or the lift if you are skiing. Austin is an excellent host with great communication. We definitely recommend this cabin!

Amazing stay!!

NOT Luxurious and FAR from it. I paid over $1,500 per night for 3 nights to stay at this semi-remodeled 30+ year old condo for a total of $4,580.63. This is a basement level condo with windows that access the walkway to other units with a minimal view outside. The small deck had a large table with 4 chairs that you could barely access…

I was never aware of anything not working as other guests would have told me before you. Nonetheless, you seem like the type of person who could never be pleased. Emailing me and asking for a 50% discount to give a 5-star review or else you will give a 1-star review is just wrong. 107D Summit is updated and far better than majority of Snowshoe. The photos truly resemble my home. You are just the type of person who can't enjoy anything and taking your external frustrations out on me and my condo. We have over 100+ 5-star reviews between Airbnb and other platforms on this condo alone. So I am sorry you could not enjoy my home as everyone else does. They do say in this world that no matter what you do, you can't please everybody.

The place presents exactly as indicated in listing. Everything is new and remodeled. Views from living area are fantastic. There was an issue with the building’s HVAC system during our stay, but Austin was very responsive and we reached a satisfactory solution. Will definitely consider this unit again in the future.

Highly recommend this condo. Location is primo. Perfect 3 bedroom setup with everything you need. There's a washer and dryer inside the condo so you can pack lighter. Bike wash station nearby. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It is convenient to the village and restaurants. Austin is extremely responsive, replying to questions within minutes.

Very clean and comfortable! Great location if you want to be close (walk across the street) to the Village but not deal with the busyness of the Village. Well equipped and maintained!
