The house is lovely but several items in the house were either broken or dirty. Austin replied: Hey there! I have a cleaning staff on call in case something is missed. What specifically was dirty besides the grill? Most grills aren’t cleaned by cleaners, just by the people who use them. And there were kitchen chairs broken? This is the first I’ve heard of it. I have it in my check-in instructions where if anything is broken to call me so I can have my handyman come immediately to solve the problem. I didn’t hear from you one time and it’s unfortunate to leave a four star review over two items that could have been solved within the hour of your arrival. I make sure all guests have a fantastic experience, but cannot accommodate anything when I don’t hear a single word from the renters.

Great location, easy parking, lots of space and great amenities. Austin was a perfect host, extremely responsive & had lots of great tips for enjoying the local area.
