Great place! Clean, comfortable, and accessible.

Booked this place the night before check in and it was no problem at all. The beds are very comfortable. Sarah responded in timely manner even late on a Saturday night.

We had a wonderful time at our family reunion/ski vacation at Timbers #3. Plenty of space for gathering and cooking. Clean and well appointed. Comfortable spacious bedrooms. Walkable to the ski lifts. When the dish soap was empty - he sent some ASAP. We would definitely come again.

Condo was nice and cozy. Perfect spot if you like the night skiing at Silver Creek. Will definitely visit again

Great place within walking distance of snowshoe's village. We didn't have great weather on our first day there, but the condo allowed for us a cozy place to keep the kids entertained while we couldn't be on the slopes. We had a little mishap during our stay and Sarah responded almost immediately to get the issue resolved.

Last minute trip to snowshoe turned out fantastic! Wonderful airbnb that was ski in/ski out at Silver Creek and we were blessed with a fresh 8 inches of snow. Couldn’t have asked for a better quick trip to the mountain. We would stay here again. Everything was as described in the listing.

Pluses: Warm & cozy Minus: Some carpet stains, ran out of hot water (5 of us), slight odor, view is of a building, master shower needs a deep cleaning, hole on wall where TV was pulled off

Austin replied: Hi Brian, I am sorry to hear your stay was not satisfactory. I am a little shocked of your review because you told me everything was good and did not inform me of any of these issues (except for the tv) during your stay. I did apologize for the tv because I was not able to get it replaced until the following week and you said it was not a problem. The hot water heater is brand new and is the standard size for a 2 bedroom condo, which is the first time I have ever heard of any complaints, along with the other items mentioned.

This condo was perfect for our family snowboard trip. Close to the slopes, clean and updated, plenty of space/beds for our family. Highly recommend for a trip to Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

Austin replied: Hey, Susan. Thank you for your review. To respond for others who may see this: - My hot tub is cleaned after each guests. However, I was notified on night 3 of 4 on the hot tubs condition. With proper notice on day 1 of the issue, I would have had the hot tub available by day 2. - Not only that, I was never sent photos of anything. - In response to this, I had my hot tub cleaner at the property first thing that next morning where he did drain and clean the hot tub. I did not hear from you until later afternoon on it being still cold. - Because I felt bad that you couldn’t enjoy my hot tub immediately, I offered the hot tubs available at my other property at Soaring Eagle where they have 3 amazing hot tubs. You insisted on not wanting to walk there so I offered where you could park in the heating parking garage at Soaring Eagle and you refused. - Soaring Eagle is in a 2 minute walking distance or a 20 second drive from my Timbers home. - You then were so mad, you demanded a hefty refund for the hot tub not being ready. - I explained how if you told me on day 1, then we would have had no problems. - Your lack of communication and unwillingness to travel 20 seconds to my other hot tub is what left to your 3-star. - Lastly, I want to note that the price you paid was during peak season on a weekend. - I communicated promptly and addressed all issues and concerns immediately. I am hoping those who read this review also read my 50+ five stars I have right now. Thank you.

This is a beautiful cabin in a great location. Very cozy and comfortable. Austin was great and attentive to our needs.

Was perfect for our stay. We loved be able to walk to the Village and it fit us all well though we are tall so the bunk beds weren’t ideal. But it is what we expected! The deer came along the back which was very cool. And it had everything we needed. Thank you!

We had a fantastic trip! My girlfriend, myself, and another couple made a 3 night trip. The condo was very comfortable and had everything that you needed. My girlfriend was able to prepare us multiple meals. It is also a quick walk to the village and slopes. Austin is also very quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend

Condo is as advertised. Very nice space, well kept, and comfortable. Beds were nice. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Austin is a wonderful host. He makes the check in and out process seamless and easy. He is very informative in his communication. His home was very clean and well stocked with hospitality items such as k-cups and toiletries. The beds were super comfy, too! We were very happy with our stay!
