We had a fantastic stay at Summit 202D! The condo was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and in a great location with amazing views from the deck. Austin was incredibly responsive and made the early check-in process effortless. I would highly recommend this listing and can’t wait till next year!

We had a great stay! The location is great- a 5 minute walk to the Village but there’s also a shuttle service that was very quick. The condo had what we needed, was very clean, and in a great location. The host was responsive when we had questions about how to access the ski area. We especially loved the fireplace! Would recommend.

This condo was perfect for our family snowboard trip. Close to the slopes, clean and updated, plenty of space/beds for our family. Highly recommend for a trip to Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

Sheets and towels were not totally clean, pillow cases had make up stains, some dirt under sheets. Ran out of hot water with only 3 people showering in succession, so would hate to see what would happen if the 8 max people in the space were all trying to shower after a long muddy day of mountain biking

Austin's place was perfect for our big group (7) for a skiing getaway. We never tried using the shuttle, as the ski runs are just a climb (steep, though) up 2 stair flights from the condos. Our party of 4 adults and 3 kids had a great stay! Slightly tight quarters in the 2nd bedroom but the home has a lot of nice updates and is well appointed. We would stay again!

We had a great ski weekend at this air bnb! Beautiful TV/hangout space after the day of skiing, and walking-distance to the mountain village. Would definitely recommend!

It is a well furnished house with a great view. We had a few issues (see below). Lots of beds if you have kids. To get to the Village you can either drive or take a staircase (about 60 steps). Areas of improvement/issue. - Black mold in the guest bathroom bathtub. - Door code is not changed between stays, previous/upcoming guests…

Austin replied: First and foremost, there is zero black mold at my home, nor was there any note of it while you were there. I have guests stay at my home every day and you're the first person to mention this. Second, the door code is given to all guest 2 days prior to checking in. There's no possible way of changing codes for people who need to manually input a code. There was an honest accident of the next guest who came early and apologized on that. You stayed for one discounted night. Asked to check-in early, asked to check-out late, and then wanted the night for free. To say the least, your comment is an anomaly on how everyone else views my home. I have this condo booked every day and you are the only one who has mentioned any of this for the years it's been here.

This place was wonderful and very comfortable. It was a bummer that nothing was open. Very difficult to find a place to eat or have a drink. We were there visiting family so we made it work but a little disappointing that we had no heads up to the fact that during this time the resort is basically shut down for a about a month and…

So my very first booking confirmed message says at the bottom how during the months of October to Thanksgiving how the mountain is closed. I hope my following message a week before you checked in showed all the places to go and see while the mountain is closed. Next time, when the mountain is open, would love to have you come back!

A great extended get-away with the family at an amazing low price. We have been coming to Snowshoe for years and it was great to see how impressively our host Austin had overhauled the Summit condo into a great modern retreat, especially the kitchen and living room.

Austin was very informative, responsive, and his place was just as listed. Would recommend staying at his locations again.
