We had a fantastic stay at Summit 202D! The condo was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and in a great location with amazing views from the deck. Austin was incredibly responsive and made the early check-in process effortless. I would highly recommend this listing and can’t wait till next year!

This condo was perfect for our family snowboard trip. Close to the slopes, clean and updated, plenty of space/beds for our family. Highly recommend for a trip to Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

Austin's place was perfect for our big group (7) for a skiing getaway. We never tried using the shuttle, as the ski runs are just a climb (steep, though) up 2 stair flights from the condos. Our party of 4 adults and 3 kids had a great stay! Slightly tight quarters in the 2nd bedroom but the home has a lot of nice updates and is well appointed. We would stay again!

It is a well furnished house with a great view. We had a few issues (see below). Lots of beds if you have kids. To get to the Village you can either drive or take a staircase (about 60 steps). Austin replied: First and foremost, there is zero black mold at my home, nor was there any note of it while you were there. I have guests stay at my home every day and you're the first person to mention this. Second, the door code is given to all guest 2 days prior to checking in. There's no possible way of changing codes for people who need to manually input a code. There was an honest accident of the next guest who came early and apologized on that. You stayed for one discounted night. Asked to check-in early, asked to check-out late, and then wanted the night for free. To say the least, your comment is an anomaly on how everyone else views my home. I have this condo booked every day and you are the only one who has mentioned any of this for the years it's been here.

This place was wonderful and very comfortable. It was a bummer that nothing was open. Very difficult to find a place to eat or have a drink. We were there visiting family so we made it work but a little disappointing that we had no heads up to the fact that during this time the resort is basically shut down for a about a month and…

So my very first booking confirmed message says at the bottom how during the months of October to Thanksgiving how the mountain is closed. I hope my following message a week before you checked in showed all the places to go and see while the mountain is closed. Next time, when the mountain is open, would love to have you come back!

Was perfect for our stay. We loved be able to walk to the Village and it fit us all well though we are tall so the bunk beds weren’t ideal. But it is what we expected! The deer came along the back which was very cool. And it had everything we needed. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Austin‘s apartment. It is thoughtfully decorated, clean and comfortable. The view is spectacular. We were there in the spring when everything is closed and still had a fabulous time. It was very peaceful and we were able to spend some quality time with our teenagers which never happens. Thanks again for a great stay!

Such a great place to stay at Snowshoe! We had 4 couples stay here and it was a bit tight. However, 2 families with children would fit easily! The condo was conveniently located and Austin was very easy to communicate with. The two bedrooms other than the master were extremely small and did not easily hold two adults and luggage. The beds were not comfortable which is a big disappointment after an exhausting day on the mountain. Other than that the condo was decorated very nicely.
