GREAT Spring Break Trip! The property was great, for our two families. All the kids slept in the bunk room, the parents had their own bedrooms. It is a well furnished house with a great view. We had a few issues (see below). Lots of beds if you have kids. To get to the Village you can either drive or take a staircase (about 60 steps). Areas of improvement/issue. - Black mold in the guest bathroom bathtub. - Door code is not changed between stays, previous/upcoming guests…

Austin replied: First and foremost, there is zero black mold at my home, nor was there any note of it while you were there. I have guests stay at my home every day and you're the first person to mention this. Second, the door code is given to all guest 2 days prior to checking in. There's no possible way of changing codes for people who need to manually input a code. There was an honest accident of the next guest who came early and apologized on that. You stayed for one discounted night. Asked to check-in early, asked to check-out late, and then wanted the night for free. To say the least, your comment is an anomaly on how everyone else views my home. I have this condo booked every day and you are the only one who has mentioned any of this for the years it's been here.

Our stay was great! Location is convenient to restaurants and the Snowshoe village. Austin was a great host and provided plenty of information on how to check in and for things to do nearby. The views from the back deck were amazing. I would stay here again for any future trips to Snowshoe.

Our stay was perfect. We booked a last minute trip to ride mountain bikes. Austin’s rental was in a great location. Restaurants were within walking distance. The rental unit is easily accessible from the parking lot, was easy to unpack. A great perk was a bike wash station directly behind the rental unit. The sunset views were amazing…

Absolutely lovely western view for sunsets. I like keypad entry, it's much easier for me to remember a code than having a key or keycard. The parking is very conveniently close to the entry, easy to haul our things in and out.
