October stays at 202D Summit

Condo exactly fit our needs. We enjoyed it so much. Came up to ride the train at Cass. It's only a few miles away. Highly recommend the property. Would stay again! Show less

The condo has amazing views right off the balcony. That alone was worth the trip, but it was also extremely convenient to restaurants and shopping. The condo was cozy and clean, and the host was very responsive. Overall a relaxing weekend away. Show less

The lodgings were clean and well supplied with everything needed for a great stay. The location is convenient to The Village and a number of very good restaurants. Sunset views from the balcony are beautiful and the host responds in a timely manner if you have questions or concerns. Great place to stay. Show less

Amazing trail access with a beautiful view! So clean and cozy with everything you need. Would 100 percent reccomend and stay again!

This place was wonderful and very comfortable. It was a bummer that nothing was open. Very difficult to find a place to eat or have a drink. We were there visiting family so we made it work but a little disappointing that we had no heads up to the fact that during this time the resort is basically shut down for a about a month and…

So my very first booking confirmed message says at the bottom how during the months of October to Thanksgiving how the mountain is closed. I hope my following message a week before you checked in showed all the places to go and see while the mountain is closed. Next time, when the mountain is open, would love to have you come back!

Awesome Host. Awesome Views. Awesome Stay. The host was amazingly responsive with any questions and was super friendly. The views at this place were absolutely gorgeous with the fall leaves. Great place to stay! The furniture on the balcony is better than any others I’ve stayed in, has a grill. Kitchen very well stocked, good towels and linens! Really great location, and on the second floor so you don’t have to walk up or down any stairs! Would recommend this place to anyone!
