Sheets and towels were not totally clean, pillow cases had make up stains, some dirt under sheets. Ran out of hot water with only 3 people showering in succession, so would hate to see what would happen if the 8 max people in the space were all trying to shower after a long muddy day of mountain biking

Austin was a great host! He was proactive in communicating all necessary information to have a successful stay. Some things I would note is the space is pretty tight for 8 young adults.
