July stays at 107D Summit

Austin’s place was perfect. We came in July for Speed Fest. We were located directly behind the car paddock which was ideal as my son was racing. Walking distance to the village was an added perk. The stay was as expected. We go to Snowshoe every year. Austin was responsive and quickly found us a second fan due to no air conditioning and 95 degree temperatures. The Summit is located just below the village at snowshoe so walking into the village was quick and convenient.

Austin’s place was perfect for the relaxed vacation we were hoping for. The cool mornings on the deck with coffee and the cool evenings on the deck with wine were perfect. Great place to stay in a great location. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and no unpleasant surprises. Austin is a well-organized host whose attention to detail and good communication makes for an easy and worry-free stay. I'll definitely look to stay in one of his properties on my next visit.

This was a great stay for our family! We enjoyed every night in this cozy condo. We had views of wildlife from the back patio and the views are breathtaking. Beautiful condo, exactly as pictured. Right there in the village, had a great time during the 4th of July weekend. So many fun things to do and see a short drive away. Stay here, you won’t regret it.
