The stay was as expected. We go to Snowshoe every year. Austin was responsive and quickly found us a second fan due to no air conditioning and 95 degree temperatures. The Summit is located just below the village at snowshoe so walking into the village was quick and convenient.

Great condo & awesome location The condo was as advertised and communication with the home owner was on point. The location was very nice with quick access to the Snowshoe village. The condo building had an outside bike washing station, which was a very nice amenity for a summer MTB adventure. Overall, my family had a great experience.

Great place to stay in a great location. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and no unpleasant surprises. Austin is a well-organized host whose attention to detail and good communication makes for an easy and worry-free stay. I'll definitely look to stay in one of his properties on my next visit.

This was a great stay for our family! We enjoyed every night in this cozy condo. We had views of wildlife from the back patio and the views are breathtaking. Beautiful condo, exactly as pictured. Right there in the village, had a great time during the 4th of July weekend. So many fun things to do and see a short drive away. Stay here, you won’t regret it.
