Honestly, if you just had clear communication with me on what happened, I would’ve said OK accidents happen no problem. However, I find out from my cleaning staff that I have to replace bedsheets, A nice pillow, a footstool, and pray that she got the stains out of the carpet. I’m not sure what actually happened, but the lack of communication and respect for my property is not acceptable for anyone. I accommodated you last minute and kept clear communication the whole time as I do with everyone. I wish you would have just treated my property with respect.

Very clean, well located place with a great view of the mountains. Austin was a great communicator and made the process very easy for checking in and out. The place was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a nice size unit and easy walk to the village. Would definitely stay there again.
