It is a well furnished house with a great view. We had a few issues (see below). Lots of beds if you have kids. To get to the Village you can either drive or take a staircase (about 60 steps). Areas of improvement/issue. - Black mold in the guest bathroom bathtub. - Door code is not changed between stays, previous/upcoming guests…

Austin replied: First and foremost, there is zero black mold at my home, nor was there any note of it while you were there. I have guests stay at my home every day and you're the first person to mention this. Second, the door code is given to all guest 2 days prior to checking in. There's no possible way of changing codes for people who need to manually input a code. There was an honest accident of the next guest who came early and apologized on that. You stayed for one discounted night. Asked to check-in early, asked to check-out late, and then wanted the night for free. To say the least, your comment is an anomaly on how everyone else views my home. I have this condo booked every day and you are the only one who has mentioned any of this for the years it's been here.

Great location so easily walkable to the village, but yet a quiet retreat. Very nicely renovated, loved the decor!

Fantastic place , we went for TG break so not much was there to do outside, but we found this place was right for four of our family members to stay together n spend quality time. Amazing apartment that was perfect for a group holiday. The apartment was renovated beautifully and was relaxing to live in for a few days. Would certainly visit this apartment again in the future when visiting Snow Shoe.

Stayed here middle November before the snow came. Was one of the most beautiful sites one could wake up to. The place was very nice,clean and in a great location. Will stay here again

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Room was extremely clean and unexpectedly spacious. Had the entire building to ourselves in September aside from one other group we made friends with. Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful. Layout was perfect with bedrooms on opposite sides. Two full baths! Sarah is an amazing host with super quick responses. She truly wants your stay to be all you hope for! We will be back. She has another condo with 3BR so we hope to bring more family next time! Thanks Sarah!

Such an amazing stay! The cabin was perfect for a weekend trip and so comfortable for our group. It was an easy walk to the village and close to hiking trails. The cabin is decorated so nicely and very well organized!

We really enjoyed our stay in Austin’s Cabin. The cabin was well furnished and very clean. You can easily walk to the slopes or ride the bus to Silver Creek. I would highly recommend this cabin for your Snowshoe vacation.

Great place to stay for large groups! Beautiful home that is tastefully decorated and conveniently located at the Top of the World. Within walking distance to rentals, ski lift, and Hoot’s for nightlife. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome condo with a great layout. Beautiful views from the balcony morning, noon, and night. Greeted by deer every morning and every afternoon. Very short walk up a convenient staircase to the village which has tons of shopping, restaurants, and access to the trails. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place. The deer were beautiful in the backyard. Fireplace was a gamechanger. 100 stairs straight up to the village was a great workout and super easy. Bus stopped right outside the walkway to pick us up to ski.
