Our stay was great! Location is convenient to restaurants and the Snowshoe village. Austin was a great host and provided plenty of information on how to check in and for things to do nearby. The views from the back deck were amazing. I would stay here again for any future trips to Snowshoe.

Our stay was perfect. We booked a last minute trip to ride mountain bikes. Austin’s rental was in a great location. Restaurants were within walking distance. The rental unit is easily accessible from the parking lot, was easy to unpack. A great perk was a bike wash station directly behind the rental unit. The sunset views were amazing…

Our stay at Dunmore was okay.

Austin replied: I am very shocked at this review. Upon your arrival at 9:30pm you informed me of a bathroom cleanliness issue. I rarely get complaints of cleanliness so I took this very seriously. I sincerely apologized and immediately had my cleaning staff come the next morning and clean (including a list of things you wrote on a note that were unsatisfactory). When you came back you told me the cleaners did a great job and you were happy with everything. I did not get any other complaints though out the entire stay. You also received a partial refund of the cleaning fee for the inconvenience. I try very hard to prevent issues from arising however In the rare chance they do, all I can do is get it solved as quickly as possible.

This is our second time staying at Sarah’s place. Very comfortable, clean, accessible to the mtb trails and the village. Sarah is a great host, very responsive and always ready to answer questions.

Absolutely lovely western view for sunsets. I like keypad entry, it's much easier for me to remember a code than having a key or keycard. The parking is very conveniently close to the entry, easy to haul our things in and out.

Great place to stay on the mountain.

Such an amazing stay! The cabin was perfect for a weekend trip and so comfortable for our group. It was an easy walk to the village and close to hiking trails. The cabin is decorated so nicely and very well organized!

The house is lovely but several items in the house were either broken or dirty. The first day we were there we went to sit on the dining room bench and found out it was broken without a key bolt so we gad to move it next to the couch so no one would sit on it. Austin replied: Hey there! I have a cleaning staff on call in case something is missed. What specifically was dirty besides the grill? Most grills aren’t cleaned by cleaners, just by the people who use them. And there were kitchen chairs broken? This is the first I’ve heard of it. I have it in my check-in instructions where if anything is broken to call me so I can have my handyman come immediately to solve the problem. I didn’t hear from you one time and it’s unfortunate to leave a four star review over two items that could have been solved within the hour of your arrival. I make sure all guests have a fantastic experience, but cannot accommodate anything when I don’t hear a single word from the renters.

We went for snowboarding and Sarah’s place is 10 out of 10, cozy, walkable to the resort and feel like home! Definitely book again for another snow season🤗

Great spot at Snowshoe just a short walk from the slopes, shops and restaurants. The space was warm and well equipped. Austin is and outstanding host; he communicates clearly and made the entire trip easy. Will definitely be back.

Great place to stay - very spacious and the directions couldn’t have made it easier to find and access all of the amenities. Rental shop right by the condo and can ski right pie of the locker room. Couldn’t have picked a better location!

Super cute and cozy place - very clean and well decorated. Loved the retro vibe of Silver Creek too. Would definitely stay at Sarah’s place again!!
