We had a wonderful time staying at Austin’s cabin. I stayed there with my family, including a five and seven-year-old. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the hot tub and loved that it was walking distance to the slopes. My kids especially enjoyed the boardgames.

We had a great first ski trip to Snowshoe, and the Summit condo was perfect. We loved the decor, enjoyed hot chocolate by the fire after a day of skiing, and had space for our party of six without ever feeling cramped. Austin was super helpful and responsive, and we’ll definitely stay at one of his properties again.

It was a perfect place to stay! I brought my dad for his 63rd birthday (he still loves to ski) The condo was clean and just as described. Perfect location! Sarah was also extremely available and helpful! In less words we loved it thank you!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the unusable private hot tub for the high price of the rental. While the home is pretty and roomy, the main reason we stayed this far away from the main village was for the private hut tub promised in the actual listing name: Cozy Cabin Retreat w/ Private Hot Tub. Austin replied: Hey, Susan. Thank you for your review. To respond for others who may see this: - My hot tub is cleaned after each guests. However, I was notified on night 3 of 4 on the hot tubs condition. With proper notice on day 1 of the issue, I would have had the hot tub available by day 2. - Not only that, I was never sent photos of anything. - In response to this, I had my hot tub cleaner at the property first thing that next morning where he did drain and clean the hot tub. I did not hear from you until later afternoon on it being still cold. - Because I felt bad that you couldn’t enjoy my hot tub immediately, I offered the hot tubs available at my other property at Soaring Eagle where they have 3 amazing hot tubs. You insisted on not wanting to walk there so I offered where you could park in the heating parking garage at Soaring Eagle and you refused. - Soaring Eagle is in a 2 minute walking distance or a 20 second drive from my Timbers home. - You then were so mad, you demanded a hefty refund for the hot tub not being ready. - I explained how if you told me on day 1, then we would have had no problems. - Your lack of communication and unwillingness to travel 20 seconds to my other hot tub is what left to your 3-star. - Lastly, I want to note that the price you paid was during peak season on a weekend. - I communicated promptly and addressed all issues and concerns immediately. I am hoping those who read this review also read my 50+ five stars I have right now. Thank you.

Snowshoe 2023 Large bedrooms and excellent kitchen for cooking meals. Great location to Silver Creek slopes and tubing park. We took our EV and were impressed with free destination charger availability.

Sarah is an amazing, responsive hosts. She provides great area recommendations and instructions for check-in and check-out were very easy. Great Spot! We love Snowshoe and this property was just what we were looking for. Convenient, ski in/ski out for night skiing, easy shuttle accrues and rentals/tickets available onsite. The home was well appointed with all we needed, a great spot for a long weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in Austin’s Cabin. The cabin was well furnished and very clean. You can easily walk to the slopes or ride the bus to Silver Creek. I would highly recommend this cabin for your Snowshoe vacation.

Me and my family had an amazing skiing trip! Austin is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Our door keypad was on low battery and Austin was quick to let me know that he will get it taken care of, which he did. The area is quiet and we loved seeing so many deer. Austin really is a super host! 😊👍

We had a fantastic trip! My girlfriend, myself, and another couple made a 3 night trip. The condo was very comfortable and had everything that you needed. My girlfriend was able to prepare us multiple meals. It is also a quick walk to the village and slopes. Austin is also very quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend
