Cancellation, in short

  • Full refund within 48 hours of booking, if check-in is 30 or more days away.
  • Full refund minus a $100 fee at 60 or more days before check-in.
  • 50% refund at 30 to 59 days before check-in.
  • No refund inside 30 days, for any reason, including weather. Travel insurance is your protection.

This is strict on purpose: our homes book out months ahead, and a firm calendar is how a cancellation never costs someone else the dates they wanted. We would rather you know that now than be surprised by it.
